why the possession of foreign counterfeit coin should not be

dealt with in the same way as the possession of British counter-

feit coin. Accordingly, the possession of foreign counterfeit

coin is now dealt with under ss. 11 and 15 of the Act of 1861

exactly in the same way as British counterfeit coin.
